Towny Server Ranks!

Inizicraft Towny offers a rare experience in its large rank tree. With over 50 individual ranks in our rank tree, each branch offers a unique feel and rewards specific to which ever specialization you choose.

Ranks are divided into 4 main paths.

  • Building
  • Labor
  • Town Ownership
  • Combat

The first 2 tiers of each path are the easiest to achieve and offer the same rewards between all paths.
From tiers 3 and onward, the 4 main paths split into higher degrees of specialization. Offering better and more unique rewards in turn. Ranking up is generally based on Job levels, performance in Town Trials, and other things unique to each path. Keep in mind that a jobs must be active in order for it to count towards a rank. Non-Jobs rank progress is also exclusive to that instance of the rank tree. Also, due to the amount of book-keeping which must happen, Town Trial progress will begin being tracked only after you reach a tier 1 rank.



Combat Path:
The way of the warrior is not not for the faint of heart. This path is full of pain, death, and not an insignificant amount of salt. But for those who have enough determination and skill, the ranks of godhood will make themselves open to you.

General Combat
Tier 1 - Trainee:

  • Requirements: Level 10 Hunter, Level 10 Miner, 2000 Stars
  • Rewards: +1 Job Slot, Unlocks Basic Baubles: Crafting Leather, Stone Scythe, Condensed Eggs

Tier 2 - Aspirant:

  • Requirements: Level 30 Hunter, Level 20 Miner, 1 Kill in a Town Trial.
  • Rewards: +1 sethomes, Unlocks Basic Cooking. (Detailed on forums)

The bulk of any fighting force, Swordsmen are well-rounded and versatile. Able to absorb damage and dish it back out in return. Veteran swordsmen have turned many a near defeat into a grand victory. Likewise those who put swords in the hands of the unsteady will soon find their center broken and their spawns overrun.

Tier 3 - Swordsman:

  • Requirements: Level 50 Hunter, Level 10 Brewer, 5 Kills in Town Trials with a sword.
  • Rewards: Access to /hat, Ability to stack potions to 3, Ability to become a Mercenary in the Town Trials, Ability to craft Bandages and Meds.

Axemen are an important part of any combat force. Fighters unafraid to charge across a battlefield, dealing significant damage to an enemy and pinning them in place while the remainder of your force closes in. It is for this reason that those who wield the axe are unparalleled shock troops.

Tier 3 - Axeman:

  • Requirements: Level 50 Hunter, Level 10 Brewer, 5 Kills in Town Trials with an axe.
  • Rewards: Access to /hat, Ability to stack potions to 3, Ability to become a Mercenary in the Town Trials, Ability to Frenzy with an axe.

Wielders of the bow are the pinnacle of battlefield support. Able to deliver both healing and damage with impunity from range with hopefully pin-point accuracy.

Tier 3 - Archer:

  • Requirements: Level 50 Hunter, Level 10 Brewer, 5 Kills in Town Trials with a bow.
  • Rewards: Access to /hat, Ability to stack potions to 3, Ability to become a Mercenary in the Town Trials, Ability to craft Quivers.

Masters of the water, marine’s also excel at disrupting those out of it. Ideal rear guards and flankers. Marines are able to turn well ordered enemy attacks into confused chaos, enabling your unwary opponent to be easily mopped up.

Tier 3 - Marine:

  • Requirements: Level 50 Hunter, Level 10 Brewer, 5 Kills in Town Trials with a trident.
  • Rewards: Access to /hat, Ability to stack potions to 3, Ability to become a Mercenary in the Town Trials, Ability to craft Bandages and Netting.


Town Ownership Path:
Some say that the role of Town Owner is the most important job that anyone can undertake. If that is exactly true is unknown. Nevertheless, without good town leaders everyone would be stuck at tier 1.

General Town
Tier 1 - Clan Chief:

  • Requirements: Own a Town, Level 10 Miner, Level 5 Builder
  • Rewards: +1 Job Slot, Unlocks Basic Baubles: Crafting Leather, Stone Scythe, Condensed Eggs

Tier 2 - Mayor:

  • Requirements: Still own a town, Level 20 Miner, Level 10 Builder, Have your town Participate in a Town Trial.
  • Rewards: +1 sethomes, Unlocks Basic Cooking. (Detailed on forums)

Pursuers of the Utopian dream. Dreamers envision the future and set about bringing it into reality. Planners of city, visionaries to engineer the next monument or farm. It is in the hands of Dreamers that the lively-hoods of our builders rests.

Tier 3 - Dreamer:

  • Requirements: Still own a town, Level 20 Builder, Level 10 Crafter, Have your town place top 3 in Building during a Town Trial, Place top 3 in Religion during a Town Trial.
  • Rewards: Access to /hat, Ability to secure villagers, Ability to place animated signs, Ability to open Disposal Gui’s. Ability to craft small backpacks.

Equal parts warrior and tactician. Commanders mastermind each great engagement and ensure that their forces are provisioned and fit for battle.

Tier 3 - Commander:

  • Requirements: Still own a town, Level 20 Builder, Level 20 Hunter, Have your town place top 3 in Combat during a Town Trial, 2 Kills in Town Trials
  • Rewards: Access to /hat, Ability to secure villagers, Ability to place animated signs, Ability to open Disposal Gui’s, Ability to craft Leadership Rods.

Those who take pleasure in barter, trade, and a growing bank account will find themselves well suited to the role of Councilor. Advising and managing their town’s works to ensure the wheels of capitalism and economy keep turning.

Tier 3 - Councilor:

  • Requirements: Still own a town, Level 20 Builder, Level 20 Miner, Have your town place top 3 in Jobs during a Town Trial, Place top 3 in Building during a Town Trial.
  • Rewards: Access to /hat, Ability to secure villagers, Ability to place animated signs, Ability to open Disposal Gui’s, Ability to craft Blasting Charges.


Labor Path:
Loan Sharks, Businessmen, and Craftsmen. Those who seek the perfection of their trade are essential to the server economy and can make the difference in the Trials. Keeping their town geared, fed, and able to fight.

General Labor
Tier 1 - Laborer:

  • Requirements: Level 15 Miner, Level 10 Woodcutter
  • Rewards: +1 Job Slot, Unlocks Basic Baubles: Crafting Leather, Stone Scythe, Condensed Eggs

Tier 2 - Foreman:

  • Requirements: Level 30 Miner, Level 20 Woodcutter, Level 15 Fishing, be in a town when it Participates in a Town Trial.
  • Rewards: +1 sethomes, Unlocks Basic Cooking. (Detailed on forums)

Controller’s excel at knowing where and how to extract the most resources from the environment. With the ability to equip themselves and large work-gangs, there is no production target which they can not achieve.

Tier 3 - Controller:

  • Requirements: Level 50 Mining, Level 40 Woodcutter, 1 Kill in Town Trials, A balance of 30,000 stars.
  • Rewards: Access to /hat, Ability to craft Blasting Charges, Ability to craft Advanced Baubles, Ability to Harden Tools.

Specializing in the ways of the forge changes one’s perception of the world. It grants the Apprentice glimpses into the inner workings of the creations under their hammer and the potential locked in every piece of metal.

Tier 3 - Apprentice:

  • Requirements: Level 40 Mining, Level 20 Weaponsmith, Level 10 Enchanter, A balance of 10,000 stars.
  • Rewards: Access to /hat, Ability to craft Advanced Baubles, Ability to Sharpen Weapons, Access to basic Blade Crafting.

Feeding a city is no simple task. Luckily, Cooks are ready to rise to the task. Creating some of the rarest delicacies, cooks are responsible for ensuring the contentment and survival of any thriving town.

Tier 3 - Cook:

  • Requirements: Level 30 Farmer, Level 20 Brewer, Level 10 Hunter, A balance of 10,000 stars.
  • Rewards: Access to /hat, Ability to craft level 2 foods, Ability to craft Advanced Baubles, Ability to create Sack Lunches.


Building Path
Building is a large part of this game. And despite what some may tell themselves, how their builds look matters. Those who follow this path are those that once they are given the right materials, will raise this server’s great cities and then bring them to life.

General Building
Tier 1 - Survivalist:

  • Requirements: Level 10 Builder, Level 5 Crafter
  • Rewards: +1 Job Slot, Unlocks Basic Baubles: Crafting Leather, Stone Scythe, Condensed Eggs

Tier 2 - Generalist:

  • Requirements: Level 30 Builder, Level 15 Crafter, Have 1 Build Participate in a Town Trial.
  • Rewards: +1 sethomes, Unlocks Basic Cooking. (Detailed on forums)

Able to understand circuits which boggle the average mind. Drafters are have mastered the art of twisting their mind in such ways that they can fit a redstone creation into any space and make it look easy.

Tier 3 - Drafter:

  • Requirements: Level 60 Builder Level 40 Crafter, Build 1 Honorable Redstone Mention, Participate in a Town Trial and place top 3 in Building
  • Rewards: Access to /hat, Ability to craft small and medium backpacks, Access to improved Component crafting.

It is those who can claim the title of Framer who are responsible for the walls which surround you and the roof which keeps you dry.

Tier 3 - Framer:

  • Requirements: Level 60 Builder Level 40 Crafter, Build 1 Honorable Structural Mention, Participate in a Town Trial and place top 3 in Building
  • Rewards: Access to /hat, Ability to craft small and medium backpacks, Access to improved Wood manipulation.

You did not think that those manicured lawns built themselves did you? Of course not, for those give thanks to a Gardener.

Tier 3 - Gardener:

  • Requirements: Level 60 Builder Level 40 Crafter, Build 1 Honorable Landscaping Mention, Participate in a Town Trial and place top 3 in Building
  • Rewards: Access to /hat, Ability to craft small and medium backpacks, Access to improved Dirt eating, I mean, Dirt manipulation.
